Migration (Redux)
So… I’ve migrated again. This time it’s from s9y to WordPress. I’m not pleased with the breakability of s9y after a simple directory change so I’m going to test this for a while. I haven’t settled on anything yet, but so far so good.
Update (14:42 EDT):
There doesn’t seem to be a whole hell of a lot out there for moving to WordPress from s9y. So, it looks like I will have to dump the mysql manually and then reformat inside of WordPress. Thankfully I can munge the timestamps so that the flow is preserved, to a degree. One of the things that I will miss from s9y, but is definately not a deal breaker for WordPress, is the ability to have a section that falls under a “read more” link. But the “page” function seems to do an O.K. job of this even though it’s less friendly.
